My problem is with the quality of their lenses. Over the past year I have had my lenses crack for no apparent reason. At starting time they were willing to supervene upon the lenses. When it kept happening they suggested endeavor a different frame. I have had the new frames and lenses about 2 months and approximate what. I have a fissure in the new lenses again. Now they will not help me anymore because the warranty ran out. I understand the warranty ran out. I want a pair of spectacles that will last a year without cracks in the lens. I take purchased several pairs of spectacles there and the staff has been about helpful. The quality of their product is awful, though. I have never had a pair of lenses cleft they manner these practise. I would think they would want to know why this is happening. I don't want anything for gratuitous, simply a quality production that lasts. These are not quality.

Per Heather they have used her warranty across the expiration engagement. They take also remade the spectacles with a dissimilar frame and a new prescription.
